3. Booking and Reservations
Booking Process:
To make a booking, you must provide accurate details including pick-up and drop-off locations, date, time, and contact information. Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email with complete booking details once your reservation is confirmed.
Changes to Bookings:
Any changes must be communicated as early as possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the modification.
4. Payment

Any abusive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Luggage and Personal Items:
Clients are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for lost or damaged items.
7. Chauffeur and Vehicle Conduct
Chauffeur Conduct:
Our chauffeurs are trained professionals committed to safety and excellence. They may refuse service if necessary for safety reasons.
Vehicle Standards:
All vehicles are maintained to high safety and cleanliness standards. In case of breakdowns, a replacement will be arranged where possible.
8. Liability and Limitations
Limitation of Liability:
Best Toronto Chauffeur is not liable for indirect damages such as delays, missed flights, or unforeseen issues beyond our control.
Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or other external factors.
