What “meet and greet” actually means at Toronto airports

Meet & greet is not curb-side pickup. Your chauffeur parks, walks into the terminal, and waits at the international arrivals exit (Pearson Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, or the Billy Bishop ferry lobby) holding a name sign with your name. They help with luggage, escort you to a waiting vehicle in the short-term parking, and you’re on your way — usually within 10 minutes of your bags coming off the belt.

Toronto Pearson (YYZ)

  • Terminal 1: meet at Arrivals Level, near the international meet-point (post B/C)
  • Terminal 3: meet at Arrivals Level, near the ground transportation greeter area
  • Wait time included: 60 min after landing for international, 30 min for domestic
  • Flight tracked in real time — if your flight is late, we’re still there

Billy Bishop (YTZ)

  • Meet at the ferry lobby exit or at the pedestrian tunnel entrance
  • Short-hop connections handled — your chauffeur monitors the ferry schedule
  • Perfect for downtown business travel arriving from Boston, NYC, Chicago

Frequently asked questions

How is your meet & greet different from a regular airport taxi?

A regular taxi picks you up curbside — you find the taxi stand, wait in line, and go. With meet & greet, your chauffeur is inside the terminal, holding a name sign at the arrivals meet-point. They help with luggage, walk you to the vehicle in short-term parking, and you never queue.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time. If it’s delayed by 30 minutes or 5 hours, your chauffeur is still there when you land. No extra charge for standard delays.

How does pricing work for meet & greet from Pearson (YYZ)?

Every trip is quoted individually as a fixed all-in flat rate — no surge pricing, no hidden fees. Tell us your flight and destination and we’ll email your exact rate, or call (647) 833-3472 for an answer right away. Start here: request a quote.

Do you meet at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 at Pearson?

Both. Tell us your flight number when you book and we’ll be at the correct terminal’s arrivals meet-point. Terminal 1 (mostly Air Canada, Star Alliance, and international) meet-point is near post B/C. Terminal 3 (Delta, WestJet, American, plus international) is at the greeter area near the escalators to Ground Transportation.

Can I book a return meet & greet from YYZ?

Yes — we handle round-trip meet & greet regularly for business travelers and corporate teams. We hold the return leg on file and confirm the day before.

Do you offer meet & greet at Billy Bishop (YTZ)?

Yes. The chauffeur waits at the ferry lobby exit or the pedestrian tunnel entrance. Very popular for downtown business arrivals from Porter Airlines flights.

Do you carry child car seats?

Yes — booster seats, forward-facing, and rear-facing options available at no extra charge. Just tell us the child’s age and weight when you book.

Can I book at short notice?

We handle same-day bookings whenever we have a vehicle available. For guaranteed availability during peak times (Friday evenings, Sunday returns, corporate travel weeks) book at least 24 hours ahead.
