With meet and greet, the chauffeur parks, comes into the terminal and waits at the arrivals exit with a sign showing your name. They help with the bags and walk you to the car, so there is no curb search and no queue.
At Toronto Pearson that means Terminal 1 or Terminal 3; at Billy Bishop, the ferry lobby or the pedestrian tunnel.

How is meet and greet different from a regular airport taxi?
A taxi picks you up curbside after you queue. With meet and greet your chauffeur is inside the terminal with a name sign, helps with the luggage and walks you to the car.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track it in real time. Delayed by 30 minutes or 5 hours, your chauffeur is there when you land, with no extra charge for standard delays.
