Do you serve Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax and Pickering?

Yes. Durham Region is core territory for us: Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax and Pickering to Pearson (YYZ) or Billy Bishop (YTZ), and back again. Scarborough, East York and Markham too. Tell us your pickup and flight and we will quote the exact trip.

How fast will I get my quote back?

We reply as quickly as we can, and dispatch is staffed 24/7. Complex multi-stop or group trips take a little longer so we can quote them accurately.

Is the quote the final price?

Yes. Every quote is a fixed flat rate covering travel, wait time up to a reasonable buffer, and standard tolls. There’s no surge pricing and no per-minute meter. Extras (extended wait, additional stops, cleaning fee for spills) are disclosed up front if they could apply to your booking.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

For standard single-trip bookings, no deposit is required. Payment is settled after the ride, usually on the vehicle’s card terminal or by pre-authorised card on file. Large group bookings, weddings and multi-day corporate accounts may require a deposit; we’ll tell you in the quote.

What if my flight is delayed?

Nothing changes on your end. We track your inbound flight in real time from wheels-down and adjust the chauffeur’s pickup time automatically. There is no delay charge for flight delays.

Which airports do you serve?

Both Toronto Pearson (YYZ) and Billy Bishop Toronto City (YTZ), plus regional airports on request (Hamilton, Waterloo, Buffalo NY). Meet & greet at arrivals is included for YYZ pickups.

How far ahead should I book?

For airport pickups and standard city rides, 4–6 hours ahead is fine. Weddings, group trips, and multi-car corporate arrivals, book 5–10 days ahead so we can pre-brief the right chauffeurs. Same-day emergency booking? Call (647) 833-3472 and we’ll always try.

Can I book by phone instead of the form?

Absolutely. Call (647) 833-3472 any time. Our dispatch will take your details, quote the trip on the call, and confirm it with you there and then. Some clients prefer the form for a written record; the phone is faster if you’re in a rush.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup for standard rides. Airport pickups and multi-vehicle group bookings may have longer notice periods. The policy is stated in your confirmation. We’re reasonable about genuine last-minute changes, so talk to us.
